alternatives to Stillnox to have a safe night's sleep

In response to the bizarre and allegedly fatal adverse reactions to a common sleeping pill the National Prescribing Service has released a statement advising consumers to avoid Stillnox and try non-pharmaceutical methods of treating insomnia.
NPS CEO Dr Lynn Weekes says, “We recommend that consumers use non-medicine strategies to solve sleeping problems including regular exercise, relaxation and avoiding stimulants such as coffee, tea, cola and other caffeinated drinks.”
